Latest Manitoba PNP Draw offers Skilled Workers 30 New Invitations

On May 29, 2025, the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) held its latest Expression of Interest (EOI) Draw #246 under the Skilled Worker Overseas stream. This draw was specifically targeted at candidates who were directly invited by the MPNP through a strategic recruitment initiative.

A total of 30 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) were issued in this round. 

The lowest-ranked candidate invited had a ranking score of 606. 

Five candidates out of the 30 had a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code, which may help them progress through the federal immigration process more quickly.

Keynotes:

This draw only included candidates who received a direct invitation from the Manitoba PNP. EOIs without a valid invitation number from a strategic recruitment were not eligible this time.

If your score is above 606 but you didn’t get a Letter of Advice to Apply, it might be because:

-You indicated you took an approved language test but didn’t provide a valid test number, or your test results are no longer valid.

-You said you received an invitation through a strategic recruitment, but didn’t include a valid invitation number.
