1. French-speaking skilled Worker stream

To qualify as a French-speaking skilled Worker, according to the National Occupational Classification (NOC), "at least one year of Paid full-time work experience or part-time in TEER Category 0,1,2 or 3." From the year 2023, the NOIs issued saw an upward trend.

2. Human Capital Priorities Stream

The following criteria must be met for candidates for Express entry to be nominated through Ontario's Human Capital Priorities stream:

• A CRS score of 400 points is required. Throughout the Ontario nomination procedure and the application processing stage for the PR visa, this score must remain at or above 400
• The minimal work experience required depends on whether an individual is enrolled under the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) or the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP).
• To demonstrate equivalence to the Canadian educational system, educational qualifications must be evaluated by the Educational Credential Assessment (ECA).
• In all four areas-Talking, Writing, Reading, and Hearing, linguistic proficiency must be demonstrated at least at Canadian linguistic Benchmark (CLB) level 7 or higher.
• It is necessary to show that they have enough money to support themselves.
• To fulfill the additional requirements under the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) or the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP).

The Human Capital Stream has few criteria for its eligibility and should belong to one of the six occupations mentioned below:

• NOC 2173 - Software engineers and designers
• NOC 2174 - Computer programmers and media developers
• NOC 2147- Computer engineers
• NOC 2175- Web designers and developers
• NOC 2172- Database analysts and data administrators
• NOC 0213- Computer and information systems managers

1. Foreign Skilled Worker With a Job Stream

For permanent residency (PR) in Canada, foreign nationals nominated under the OINP Employer Job Offer Category for Foreign Worker Stream may apply to Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

Both the employer and the foreign national must show that the standards for eligibility are met for a nomination certificate to be granted under this category.

Employers must fill out an Employer Form, which is sent to the OINP by the applicant along with their application.

An international student can have a degree of masters or a doctoral degree. It is then made equivalent to Canada's education.

This stream is for foreign business owners interested in purchasing an existing Ontario business or launching a new one.

2.Corporate Stream

A candidate must have at least 24 months of full-time business experience in the last 60 months in the corporate field.

3.Investors Stream

Investment programs for foreign entrepreneurs, business owners, and investors, are one of the major ways to get Canada PR.

A score of 67 points out of 100 is required for candidates to be qualified for the Federal Skilled Worker's Program and Ontario's Human Capital Priorities Stream.

These points are given out according to several criteria: age, arranged employment, education, work experience, and flexibility.

The offered job location for arranged employment must be in the province of Ontario. The candidate should have received an employment offer from another province.
