Latest Manitoba PNP Draw Brings Good News for 36 Skilled Workers

On June 12, 2025, the latest Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw was held under Expression of Interest (EOI) Draw #247, targeting candidates in the Skilled Worker Overseas stream. 

This specific draw targeted individuals who were directly invited under a strategic recruitment initiative by the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP).

A total of 36 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) were issued in this draw, with the lowest-ranked candidate having a score of 613. 

Among these, 5 invitations were sent to candidates who had a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code, demonstrating continued coordination between the MPNP and the federal Express Entry system.

Important Notes for Applicants:

Only candidates from the Skilled Worker Overseas category who received direct invitations under a strategic initiative were selected.

If your score is higher than 613 and you didn’t receive an LAA, it could be because:

• You did not provide a valid language test number, or your test result is no longer valid.
• You claimed to have a strategic initiative invitation but did not provide a valid invitation number.

Applicants are encouraged to review and update their EOIs carefully. Each section of the EOI contains help text to ensure accurate and complete entries. Keeping your profile updated improves your chances of receiving an invitation in future draws.
