Second Ontario draw of the week issues 2118 NOIs under Human Capital Stream

On February 8, 2024, Ontario issued 2118 NOIs in the category of Human Capital Stream. The minimum Comprehensive Ranking Score (CRS) ranges between 471 and 480. Since last year, IRCC has invited more people to the pool draw. IRCC Express Entry System issued 1052 NOIs falling under the Human Capital Stream in the month of November.

The IRCC declared in May 2023 that category-based selection draws would be implemented for Express Entry applicants who could prove they have prior work experience in certain occupations. Through the express entry pool, several invitations were sent to the potential candidates having occupations in the following categories -

Health Occupations - Only those candidates who qualified the score and obtained a job offer in one of the following national occupational codes (NOCs) were invited in this express entry pool. A candidate should have a comprehensive ranking system (CRS) score of 471-480.
