The Ontario PNP latest draw was held on 19 March, 2024. It saw a total of 1474 invitations under the Masters and PhD Graduate stream.
The CRS cut-off for the Masters graduate stream is 52 and for PhD Graduate stream is 42.

In 2024 so far, Ontario has invited 2714 candidates under the Masters Graduate and 229 candidates under the PhD Graduate stream.
If you have been selected for this draw, you will receive an invitation to apply through the OINP e-filing Portal account. To apply for Permanent Residency, you must submit a completed application to the OINP. You have 14 days from the date you receive your invitation to complete the application process.

Criteria For Masters and PhD Graduate Stream

Recent graduates holding a master's or PhD degree from an Ontario university are the main focus of the Masters Graduate and PhD Graduate streams.

An applicant must have finished a Masters degree (one year continuous) in Ontario in order to be eligible for the Masters Graduate stream.

Candidates for the PhD Graduate programs must have finished their PhD studies while residing and attending the university in Ontario for at least two years.

To be eligible for this stream candidates must score at least a 7 CLB in a valid French or English language exam.
