New Alberta PNP Invitations Released

On Feb 6, 2025, Alberta Advantage Immigration Program conducted its draw under the Non-Epress Entry- Dedicated Healthcare Pathway as a part of its ongoing efforts to address the demands for healthcare professionals in the province.

A total of 48 invitations were issued to candidates in this draw.

The minimum CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) score of invited candidates is 50.

This draw majorly focused on healthcare professionals who meet the criteria for immigration under Alberta’s Provincial Nominee Program (PNP).

Eligibility of the Draw:

To apply under the Non-Express entry- Dedicated Health care Pathway, applicants must have a valid job offer from an employer in Alberta.

The job offer must be in an eligible healthcare profession. Here are some professions that are in demand in Alberta : 

• Physicians
• Nurses
• Licensed Practical Nurses
• Nurse Practitioners
• Occupational therapists
• Physician Assistants

A minimum CLB 4 in English or French is generally required for most occupations. In contrast, some high-skilled Occupations or streams like Alberta Express Entry Stream may require a minimum of CLB 7. 

Relevant work experience is mandatory and must match the job you are being offered. 

The job offer must be verifiable, which means it needs to come from a legitimate Alberta employer. It must also meet the legal and professional requirements of healthcare professionals.
