Manitoba PNP issued Invitations to 941 Aspiring Canada Immigration Applicants

Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) conducted its latest draw on May 2, 2024.
A total number of 941 invitations were issued to the eligible candidates under various streams, such as Skilled Worker in Manitoba, International Education Stream, and Skilled Worker Overseas.
Skilled Workers in Manitoba: This category includes Manitoba skilled worker immigrants with work experience, job offers, and the required skills to enter the labor force. It targets those working in the province at the time of their application.
Occupation-Specific Selection:
Under this category, profiles that demonstrate the current employment in Manitoba in the occupation that is highly in demand according to the labour market are considered.
A total number of 488 invitations were issued under this category. Moreover, occupations that are considered in this category by the National Occupation Classification (NOC) are:
- Nurse aides, orderlies and patient service associates- 33102
- Retail and wholesale trade managers- 60020
The sub-major group of the following National Occupation Classification (NOC) are considered:
- General Construction Trades- 731
The following major groups under this draw from the National Occupation Classification (NOC) are considered:
- Administrative and financial supervisors and specialized administrative occupations- 12
- Administrative and financial support and supply chain logistics occupation- 14
- Technical Occupations related to natural and applied sciences- 22
International Education Stream: This stream prioritizes international graduates of post-secondary institutions in the province. An individual who succeeds through this stream receives a nomination from Manitoba, which makes the individual eligible to apply for Canadian permanent resident status.
A total number of 427 invitations were issued under this stream
Skilled Worker Overseas: Under this stream, profiles that are directly invited by the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) under a Strategic Recruitment Initiative are considered.
A total number of 26 invitations were issued, with the lowest CRS score of 796.
Out of all the 941 invitations issued in this draw, 181 were issued to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile and job seeker validation code.
