Manitoba PNP issued 76 New Invitations on February 6, 2025

On February 6, 2025, The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) conducted its latest Expression of Interest (EOI) draw, issuing 76 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAA) in its two main categories.

A total of 59 invitations were issued to candidates who meet the International Education Stream eligibility criteria, which include the completion of a recognized post-secondary program in Manitoba. Additionally, these candidates must have declared at least four years of full-time work experience in the past five years.

The International Education Stream is directed to support international graduates from Manitoba’s post-secondary institutions, and this selection depicts the significance of work experience for applicants in this category.

The remaining 17 invitations were issued to candidates under the Skilled Worker Overseas category. These candidates were directly invited by the MPNP as part of a strategic recruitment initiative. 

The lowest-ranked candidate invited to this stream had a score of 612 points.

This initiative targets skilled workers who are not currently living in Manitoba but have the skills needed in the province’s labor market. The strategic recruitment initiative reflects that Manitoba approaches workers who can contribute to the local economy.

Important Notes for Applicants

1. Among the 76 invitations issued, 18 were sent to candidates who had declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.
2. Candidates with higher scores who did not receive an LAA might need to update their EOI with accurate information, such as valid language test numbers or correct invitation numbers, to be considered in future draws.
3. For those selected under the International Education Stream, it is essential to provide proof of at least four years of full-time work experience in the past five years. If a candidate is unable to demonstrate this experience, they may consider declining their LAA.
