Manitoba PNP Draw Issued 35 EOI to Skilled Workers

On November 21, 2025, the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) conducted its latest PNP draw and invited potential candidates to apply for Canada PR. 

Under this draw, a total of 35 potential skilled workers were invited to apply for Canada PR.  

This draw was held under the Skilled Worker Stream pathway. 

The following numbers of Letters of Advice to Apply were issued to candidates who have received an Invitation to Apply (ITA) under the strategic recruitment initiatives listed below:  

Employer Services– 18
Francophone Community– 8
Regional Communities– 8
Temporary Public Policy to Facilitate Work Permits for Prospective Provincial Nominee Program Candidates (TPP)– 1

In this draw, profiles were submitted under the Skilled Worker in Manitoba pathway or the Skilled Worker Overseas pathway, and declared to have been directly invited by the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program, under a strategic recruitment initiative.

However, in this draw, out of the total 35 Letters of Advice to Apply issued, 5 were issued to candidates with valid Express Entry profile numbers and job seeker validation codes.   

In some cases, if your score is higher than that of the lowest-ranked candidates but you have not received the Letter of Advice to Apply, this could be because:

• You have not provided a valid test number in your EOI, or your Language ability in English/French is no longer valid.  
• You did not provide a valid invitation number. 

The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) regularly selects candidates for provincial nomination and issues an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for Canada PR under the Expression of Interest (EOI) system. 

The province of Manitoba issued an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for aspiring immigrants twice a month, with some exceptions. However, the next Manitoba PNP draw prediction can vary depending on the frequency, types, and size of the draw.
