Latest Ontario PNP Draw of January 2025

Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) conducted its latest PNP and first draw of the year 2025.

This draw was held on January 15, 2025, under the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker Stream. 

Under this draw, a total number of 4 invitations were issued to apply for Canada PR. 

However, this draw targets the Economic Mobility Pathways Pillot (EMPP) Project candidates. This project is for skilled refugees and displaced people who want to work permanently in Canada.   

This program helps skilled refugees and other displaced people to immigrate to Canada via economic programs, and it gives employers a new pool of qualified candidates to fill job openings.   

As a skilled refugee and other displaced person, you are eligible to immigrate to Canada with or without a job offer based on your work experience, language skills, and education.

In order to apply:

• You need first to review Ontario’s Express Entry Skilled Trades stream to determine if you meet the requirements.
• It is essential to review the document checklist to make sure you have all the necessary documents.

After receiving an invitation to apply under the qualified stream, applicants have 45 days to submit an online application to the OINP. They will receive 600 points, which will increase their CRS scores.

It is important to note that all the applicants under the above categories must submit an updated application for approval for employment position. The older version of the application will not be accepted.
