Latest Manitoba PNP Draw issued 29 LLAs for Skilled Workers

On October 23, 2025, the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) conducted Expression of Interest (EOI) Draw #256 under the Skilled Worker Stream. This latest draw focused on candidates who had submitted profiles through the Skilled Worker in Manitoba or Skilled Worker Overseas pathways and were directly invited by the MPNP under various strategic recruitment initiatives.

A total of 29 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) were issued in this draw. The distribution of invitations under Expression of Interest Draw #256 was as follows:

• Employer Services: 4
• Francophone Community: 3
• Regional Communities: 2
• Ethnocultural Communities: 1
• Temporary Public Policy (TPP) to Facilitate Work Permits for Prospective Provincial Nominee Program Candidates: 19

Among these, 9 candidates declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code, enhancing their prospects for permanent residency through Canada’s Express Entry system.

Important Notes for Candidates

The MPNP confirmed that only EOIs from Skilled Worker Stream candidates who were directly invited under a strategic recruitment initiative or who met the requirements of the Temporary Public Policy were considered in this draw.

If you met the eligibility criteria but did not receive a Letter of Advice to Apply, possible reasons could include:

• Missing or invalid language test numbers (IELTS, CELPIP, or TEF).
• Expired language test results.
• Incorrect or missing Invitation to Apply numbers under strategic initiatives.

The MPNP encourages applicants to carefully review and update their EOI profiles to ensure all information is correct before the next Expression of Interest draw. Each question in the EOI system includes help text to guide candidates in entering accurate details.
