Latest Manitoba PNP Draw creates path for 62 successful applicants

On May 15, 2025, the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) held its latest Expression of Interest (EOI) draw, bringing good news for skilled workers overseas. 

A total of 62 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) were issued to the candidates under the Skilled Worker Overseas stream.

The lowest-ranked candidate invited had a score of 626, which serves as the minimum benchmark for this draw. 

Among the 62 selected, 8 candidates had valid Express Entry profile numbers and job seeker validation codes, giving them a potential edge in Canada’s broader immigration system.

This draw, numbered #245, focused solely on applicants who were directly invited under a strategic recruitment initiative. These are candidates identified by Manitoba as having strong potential to contribute to the province’s economy and workforce needs.

• The MPNP reminds applicants to keep their profiles accurate and up to date. Some candidates with scores above 626 may not have received invitations due to missing or outdated information, such as expired language test results, missing test numbers, or invalid invitation codes. Manitoba recommends reviewing your EOI carefully and correcting any errors to stay eligible for future draws.
• Additionally, candidates working in regulated occupations must show proof of proper licensing in Manitoba. Failure to do so could lead to application refusal, even if invited. The MPNP advises anyone unsure about their qualifications or licensing status to consider declining their LAA.
