Latest Express Entry Draw invites 714 Candidates for PR

On November 10, 2025, Canada reopened its doors to skilled workers. The Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) conducted the latest Express Entry draw under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). 

A total of 714 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) were issued for Canada PR. 

Candidates with a minimum CRS score of 738 or above received invitations to apply for permanent residency.

Why This Draw Matters

This latest Express Entry draw continues to reflect Canada’s focus on attracting skilled professionals through provincial nominations, which is a crucial part of the country’s immigration strategy for 2025 and beyond. 

Candidates who receive a PNP nomination are awarded an additional 600 CRS points, almost guaranteeing an invitation in future Express Entry rounds.

For those who didn’t make the cut this time, there’s still hope. Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) and Canadian Experience Class (CEC) draws are expected to continue, often with lower CRS requirements.
