Latest Express Entry Draw Invites 4,500 for Canada PR

On September 4, 2025, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held the latest Express Entry draw targeting French language proficiency candidates. A major pathway to settle in Canada with Permanent Residency (Canada PR).

A total of 4,500 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) were issued. 

The minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score required was 446, and candidates ranked 4,500 or above received invitations.

This draw was conducted under French language proficiency (Version 1) category.

This category-based draw highlights Canada’s focus on welcoming French-speaking skilled workers to strengthen its bilingual workforce and meet labor market needs.

Why Canada is Prioritizing French-Speaking Immigrants?
