Canada picks 421 Candidates in latest Express Entry draw.

On April 28, 2025, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held the latest Express Entry draw under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) stream, issuing a total of 421 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for permanent residence. 

The minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score required to receive an invitation in this round was 727.

Candidates who receive a provincial nomination are awarded an additional 600 CRS points, significantly boosting their overall score in the Express Entry pool. This explains why the CRS cut-off in PNP draws is typically much higher than in general draws.
