On June 11, 2024, British Columbia released its second PNP draw of the month, inviting 66 potential skilled workers to immigrate.
The draw types in this draw are General, Childcare, Construction, and Healthcare. Hence opening new opportunities for skilled professionals under these categories to immigrate to Canada to advance their careers.
The minimum score of these categories in this draw ranges from 93 to 131.
The targeted streams under the General category are Skilled workers (including the EEBC option), International Graduates (including the EEBC option), Entry level and Semi-Skilled workers.

The candidates are ranked based on the points calculated by the BC PNP point calculator to receive an ITA. The points are allocated on the basis of age, education, work experience, language proficiency, spouse sponsorship, and adaptability.
Invitations to Apply (ITA) to the Skills Immigration streams are based on the following factors:
- Education
- A professional designation in British Columbia
- Language Skills
- Occupation
- Skill level and time span of work experience
- Skill level and wage of job offer
- Intent to live, work, and settle in a specific region of British Columbia
- Priority to support government pilot projects and meet specific labour market needs
Upon receiving an invitation, a candidate must submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) online and provide accurate information about language skills, education, and work experience.
