Alberta Invites 70 Health Care Professionals via Express Entry

On Feb 5, 2025, the Alberta Advantage Immigration program held a draw for its skilled workers under Dedicated Health Care Pathway for Express Entry candidates. 

The number of invitations issued for this draw is 70. 

To qualify, candidates needed a minimum score of 52 on the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS), which is used to rank Express Entry candidates.

Candidates invited to this draw must have an active Express Entry profile.
They are also required to have a valid, verifiable job offer from an Alberta employer in an eligible healthcare occupation.
Additionally, applicants must meet the criteria set by the applicable regulatory organization to practice their profession in Alberta.

Eligibility criteria:

One must hold a valid and verifiable job offer from an Alberta employer in an eligible healthcare occupation.

Provide proof of meeting the requirements prescribed by the applicable regulatory organization.

Have an Express Entry profile with a minimum CRS score of 52.

Intend to be able to live and work permanently in Alberta.
