3,347 Candidates received ITA in the latest Manitoba PNP Draw

On September 04, 2025, the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) conducted its latest PNP draw and invited potential candidates to apply for Canada PR. 

Under this draw, a total of 3,347 candidates were invited under the various categories:

International Education stream:

Under this stream, a total number of 1,866 candidates were invited to apply for permanent residency in Canada. 

Skilled Worker in Manitoba:

Under this stream, a total of 1,466 principal applicants were invited, who are citizens of Ukraine.   

Skilled Worker stream:

Under this stream, a total of 15 invitations were issued to eligible skilled workers. 

However, the minimum score under this stream was 844. 

The following numbers of Letters of Advice to Apply were issued to candidates who have received an Invitation to Apply (ITA) under the strategic recruitment initiatives listed below:  

Employer Services– 4
Francophone Community– 7
Regional Communities– 3
Ethnocultural Communities– 1

In this draw, profiles were submitted under the Skilled Worker in Manitoba pathway or the Skilled Worker Overseas pathway, and declared to have been directly invited by the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program, under a strategic recruitment initiative.

However, in this draw, out of the total 3,347 Letters of Advice to Apply issued, 415 were issued to candidates with valid Express Entry profile numbers and job seeker validation codes.   

In some cases, if your score is higher than that of the lowest-ranked candidates but you have not received the Letter of Advice to Apply, this could be because:

• You have not provided a valid test number in your EOI, or your Language ability in English/French is no longer valid.  
• You did not provide a valid invitation number. 
• The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) regularly selects candidates for provincial nomination and issues an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for Canada PR under the Expression of Interest (EOI) system. 

The province of Manitoba issued an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for aspiring immigrants twice a month, with some exceptions. However, the next Manitoba PNP draw prediction can vary depending on the frequency, types, and size of the draw. 

Hence, if you belong to any of the above categories, it is another opportunity for you to immigrate to Canada.
