Language Proficiency - The candidate must be able to prove proficiency in French or English language. The exams associated with this are:-

CELPIP - Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program 

Sufficient Funds - You should be able to show that you and your family have sufficient funds. The candidate should attach the bank statements as proof. 
 
Work Experience - You should have one year of continuous work experience or equivalent part-time experience in a skilled occupation. Your occupation must be listed in TEER 0, 1, 2 or 3. 

Health Requirements - All the aspiring candidates must undergo a medical test. If anyone is suffering from any infectious disease, they will be considered ineligible. 

Processing Time of a Canada PR Visa 

The Canada PR Visa process generally takes 6-9 months to complete. The time taken to complete the Visa Process can be fastened if the candidate hires an immigrant consultant for it.
